The Best Outdoor Speakers For Summer 2021

With global restrictions coming to an end and summer just arriving, now would be a great time to invest in some high end speakers that can be enjoyed outside in the sun. Designed with multiple weather resistant technologies, our outdoor speakers are great for powering through the firmest winter conditions. Most of our weather resilient speakers are not portable, they are usually found mounted into the ground or wall. This  makes them an ideal choice for those who want to enjoy music in a click and play manner. Rather than transporting their speaker to and from the garden each time they wish to use it.

Throughout the winter months when we are spending less time outdoors, it’s great to have a piece of mind knowing your beloved summer speakers are safe and sound in a hidden environment. One of our brand partners ‘Sonance’ have created the perfect speaker for this. Designed just as any normal speaker would be, the Sonance Rock is quite literally a speaker covered up within a rock body. This may be hard to interpret, as it’s not everyday we see a rock in the shape of a speaker  – or at least we think we don’t!

Dependant upon your garden preferences, you can choose from either a granite or brown body. Both body colours have been crafted perfectly to the very last detail. From the realistic rock ridges, to the textured finish, no one will know just what is hiding inside! The rock design works as a great deterrent against theft, as it’s extremely rare that we hear about rocks being stolen from gardens!

We must admit, the rock speaker is not for everyone, in fact for some the rock may look a little out of place in the garden. Designed with four ground stakes the patio series can be made as discreet as you would like it to be; from hidden in the bushes to out in the open there is unlimited choices to where the speakers can be housed.

Taking a completely different approach to the in-ground speakers, our next award winning outdoor speaker choice is the Sonance Mariner. This aesthetically appealing speaker can be mounted into the wall to provide a subtle yet effective sound source. Not only have the Mariners been designed with multiple weather resilient technologies they also feature some of the more modern audio performance qualities that you find in most floor standing speakers;

• The woofer, tweeter and crossover have all be completely redesigned with the same materials and technology as the award-winning Sonance Visual Performance line.
• A 250% increase in woofer excursion allows for significantly decreased distortion at high volumes.
• 7.44mm increase in the diameter of the voice coils for increased output and vented pole pieces to decrease heat at voice coils.
• Tweeters are all chambered allowing for lower crossover frequency and cooling of the tweeter.
