AMX

Multiple Lighting scenes
Personal lighting scenes can be created to set the mood for any occasion.

Environmental Controls

Personalised Sequence of events
An AMX control system can automatically activate certain pre-programmed events to occur according to the homeowners schedule. For example, as you approach the front door, the control system can automatically turn on the exterior and interior lights, tune the TV to your favourite channel, and adjust the heating or air conditioning to the preferred level.

The original Philips Pronto singlehandedly created a new class of programmable touchscreen remote controls for intuitive operation. Today, the concept has evolved into an integrated control solution for conventional home theater, multimedia content and lighting. With a combination of infrared control* and WiFi® wireless control, Pronto provides true multi-room control.

The Pronto TSU9300 features a high-resolution flush-mounted 2.8” color touch screen. The superb contrast allows easy reading, while the slim and stylish design makes it easy to operate with only one hand. With its bright touch screen, white back-lit buttons and stylish design, the Pronto TSU9300 is a perfect fit for any advanced home system. The Pronto TSU9300 is WiFi based and offers an out-of-the-box integration with several media servers such as Elan, Speakercraft, Imerge and Windows Media Center Edition computers.

 

This remote panel with its intuitive rotary wheel is the ideal solution to manage even the largest music and movie collection. To support total home control and multi-room wireless and wired remote control installations, two types of extenders are available to seamlessly integrate with the TSU9300: the RFX9400 wireless extender and the RFX9600 serial extender.

 

 

 

The Pronto TSU9800 offers all the advantages of the TSU9600… and more. With a razor-sharp, full-size 6.4" VGA display, two extra buttons and an optical rotary wheel, the Pronto TSU9800 touch screen control panel is even easier to operate than other models. Some consumers will appreciate the readability of the larger screen while others prefer the possibility of displaying more icons or menu options on one single screen.

Fixed mounting on a wall or table top is now also possible, in just a few easy steps. With an optional accessory, the control panel can be mounted onto any wall. This is the ideal solution for ensuring that the control panel won't be lost or stolen, whether in a hotel, boardroom or at home.

The docking station provides more than just a solid base, however. A connector at the back of the unit also makes it possible to enjoy the speed and reliability of a fast Ethernet connection.

The clutter of power and network cables is completely hidden from view so that the Pronto TSU9800 always looks clean and sleek.

ProntoEdit Professional

To create the ultimate in customization, the Pronto TSU9800 also comes with the recently updated Pronto Edit Professional software. The latest release also features the exclusive Pronto script programming functionality, which enables two-way real-time interaction and the creation of a dynamic user interface. The TSU9800 can receive feedback from RS232- or IP-controlled devices in real-time, providing an advanced two-way functionality beyond controlling home entertainment and automation systems.

Complete customized convenience

The latest Pronto editor, Pronto Edit software features embedded software modules, enabling out-of-the-box control for Escient FireBall audio and video servers, the Imerge SoundServer S3000 and other XiVA supported music severs (Elan, SpeakerCraft, Xantech, Niles and Revox) as well as Lutron RadioRa lighting systems. For those who would like to integrate a computer, the TSU9600 can access digital files from any Windows Media Centre Edition computer. ProntoEdit Professional also supports operations in Microsoft Vista.

In order to truly customize the Pronto control solution to the end-user's wishes, installers and programmers can integrate 2-way feedback using the pioneering ProntoScript feature. ProntoScript, a JavaScript-based tool, is embedded in the Pronto Edit Professional software. It enables installers to create a dynamic 2-way user interface for system control over RS232 or IP with full graphical flexibility.

Ultra-thin with a stunning 3.5 inch QVGA color touch screen ideal for graphics, a rotary wheel for easy multimedia scrolling and conveniently placed buttons, the Pronto TSU9400 is a hybrid of full functionality and designer looks.

The advanced serial extender RFX9600 offers more functionality than the wireless version and comes in a standard 19-inch rack mountable enclosure.

Ergonomically designed, the Pronto TSU9200 offers the best of both worlds: a familiar remote control look-and-feel with an easy Pronto interface that is a snap to program. Designed for ease of navigation with just the right balance of hard buttons and on-screen interfacing, the TSU9200 displays essential actions like ‘Watch a DVD’ and channel icons right on the LCD screen.

Fully compatible with all IR devices, the TSU9200 is full of functional design details, like handy white backlighting, laser-engraved tactile buttons to prevent wear, and a subtle minimalist docking station that doubles as a battery charger. Like other members of the Pronto range, the TSU9200 is ‘one-of-a-kind’ remote control that integrates everything from home entertainment systems to PC-based digital music libraries.

The Pronto TSU9200 can be adapted to full non-line-of-site control via ultrareliable digital RF when integrated with the corresponding RFX9200 extender. This dedicated extender features 4 addressable IR ports with an additional addressable front IR blaster. Its sleek subtle design is suitable for wall and cabinet placement making it an excellent home theater or living room control extension.

A unique feature in this segment, the TSU9200 lets users interact with their digital music library content right on the LCD screen. The PC extender, the PCX9200, is a USB dongle that enables two-way real-time communication. By simply plugging the PC extender directly into the computer’s USB port, users can manage their music library located on the PC or network drive directly on the TSU9200. Users can access the playlist and cover art as well as a search function to find exactly the music they want.

The TSU9200 supports two-way control for Windows and Windows Vista Media Center as well as Windows Media Player and iTunes. Just add the optional PC extender, the PCX9200, to integrate your customer’s digital music files.
