At Linn our approach has always been uncompromising in the pursuit of audio perfection. However we also recognise that a truly skilled custom installer needs to be able to tailor a complete solution to the customer's needs.
 This is why Linn DS is designed to be completely open, allowing a customised solution to be specified, from the best data storage for the job (we don't build in redundant hard drives to our products) to the most suitable control system (our code is open source, allowing third party programmers the ability to control our products). In addition, we are working with leading control companies to expand the range of compatible third party control systems.
 Even if using other third party sources, there is a significant advantage in using Linn amplification and speakers to get the most from them. No other company offers the level of customisation available from Linn's multi-channel amplifiers and configurable loudspeakers, capable of passive or fully Aktiv playback.
