Linn CD Players Replaced by the DS Range

Whilst a compact disc is still a major method of storing sound recordings, it is certainly not the only way to retain a physical storage medium for audio compilations and even though CD's are still an extremely popular vehicle for audio storage, CD players are no longer considered to be the best method for listening to you audio entertainment.

In 1982, when the very first compact discs became available, CD's and CD players offered significant benefits over vinyl records (which suffered from scratches, noise feedback and fragility) and record players, and for over 25 years cd players have played an important role in our musical enjoyment.
